While in Vienna, you have to see the Rathaus! The outside area, Rathausplatz, is where one of the best annual Christmas markets is held in Vienna. Tours are offered at 1pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Passes are distributed at 7:30am the day of the tour and only 50 people are able to tour at once.

There is SO much to see in here that you could likely spend half a day to an entire day here, depending on your priorities of what you’d like to see in Vienna.
7. Volkstheater
Another one of the most important theaters in the world is the Volkstheater. This is an absolute MUST visit in all of Vienna. Founded in 1889 to offset the Hofburgtheater. You can purchase tickets through the official site.

9. Graben
Visit one of the most famous streets in Vienna. Being one of the top things to do this is a can’t miss on your trip! This is even more magical at Christmastime when the street is lit up. Walk down here to find several shops and eateries to enjoy.
10. Aida Cafe
